The DJ Is Dead Controversy Revisited
It has been 2 months to the day since Jermaine Dupri was video taped saying, "The DJ Is Dead" and since Greg Street responded. This feud started off hard. Greg Street's response was then followed by fellow power house DJ Kay Slay. JD knew he started something. Dupri knew his words were taken out of context so replied with a video explaining his comments featuring DJ Envy. Street then offered JD a challenge, but nothing ever came of it. Since then the "The DJ Is Dead" controversy has pretty much died out. Did JD dodge a bullet? Was he right? Or did no one want to get the horns? Either way, the JD "The DJ Is Dead" remarks have been put to rest.
